Process serving
Offering full UK and International coverage, our vetted panel field agents are on hand to provide an efficient and professional service. Data Research International Ltd work on a fixed fee service with no hidden costs. By instructing us, you can have complete confidence in our reliability and commitment to get the job done for you in a fully compliant manner.
All our agents are members of the Association of British Investigators and comply with a strict code of conduct.
Working on behalf of a range of clients we provide process serving for:
- Claim forms, Summons and Writs
- Court Orders
- Statutory Demands
- Bankruptcy and Winding-up Petitions
- Witness Summons
- Divorce papers
- Non-molestation Orders / Prohibited Steps Orders – Injunctions
- Section 21 Notices and Break Notices
Our field agents are fully trained and experienced in dealing with difficult situations
and evasive individuals.
Our field agents will attempt to serve the documents on a minimum of 3 visits, at different times of the day. You will be kept updated throughout the process and once a successful serve has been carried out, you will be provided with an Affidavit/Certificate of Service. If our attempts to serve are unsuccessful, then we will provide a Witness Statement to support an application for Substituted Service.
As well as process serving, we are also able to assist you with a whole host of investigation services; our Tracing service goes hand-in-hand with process serving when an individual would rather remain hidden, to avoid a serve being successfully made. We always recommend trace enquiries are conducted prior to service of documents, to ensure the respondent resides at the provided address. This negates the need for any further expense.
Our network of professional agents are also able to attend properties across the UK for various reasons, including:
- Door-step enquiries
- Provide property condition reports (with photographic evidence)
- Tenant verification
- Surveillance
- Obtaining witness statements.
Please get in touch for a full consultation on your specific requirements, our team of Investigators would be more than happy to help.
